Our Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Mountain Empire Collaborative to sustain and strengthen Mountain Empire’s efforts to improve community health and well being by developing thriving communities.

Our Goals

• To share resources amongst community members, agencies, organizations, and schools in order to address the needs of the rural east county residents.
  
• To foster community health and well being with a focus on dental, medical, mental health and nutrition.
  
• To plan and coordinate educational opportunities and activities for youth, families, and seniors that will develop cohesiveness within and between diverse communities.
  
• To support opportunities for youth to achieve their potential through positive relationships, community service, and high expectations for individual success.
